"Easy cancellation"
Canceling was actually simple, which I appreciated. The refund showed up quicker than I expected too... so overall, no complaints
"Easy to Find a Trip That Worked"
I really liked how many destination options they had. It made this whole trip planning thing way easier, and I was able to find a Europe trip that fit my dates and budget without too much back and forth.

"Pretty Smooth Transfers Overall"
The transfers were easy for the most part—actually, really easy. The only hiccup was that one bus showed up late, but everything else went smoothly

"fun local food experience"
I had such a great time meeting locals and getting to try foods I’d never even heard of before. it felt really relaxed and genuine, like being shown around by people who actually love the place.

"A Bit More Downtime Than I Expected"
Overall, my experience was okay, but I did notice it needed more downtime than I’m used to. Compared to a few competitors I’ve tried, this one wasn’t quite as smooth in that area. It still got the job done, but I wish it had been a little more efficient and reliable without having to pause as much

"Solo Trip Plans Didn’t Really Work Out"
I booked this trip thinking it would be a fun and easy way to meet people as a solo traveler, but it felt cliquey almost right away. A lot of people already seemed to have their own groups, and there wasn’t much effort from EF Ultimate Break to help everyone mix or feel included. The actual trip was fine, but my whole plan was to make friends and have that group travel experience, and that pretty much fell flat. I ended up feeling left out a lot, which was really disappointing. I probably wouldn’t book with them again if I were traveling solo

"Not really my vibe"
The trip was fine overall, but the group felt a lot younger than I was expecting. I’m 32, and most people had more of a college spring break energy, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just not really what I was looking for. I do wish they had been a bit clearer about the age mix beforehand.

"A Fun Trip With a Few Plot Twists"
I had a really fun time and ended up meeting some genuinely cool people. The group vibe was mostly great, but there were a few mysterious side characters who kept to themselves, which made things a little awkward here and there. Thankfully, our tour director pretty much saved the day and kept everything moving. Overall, I’d definitely consider going again, but the final verdict really depends on who ends up in your group.
"Booking Issue Handled Smoothly"
I had a little issue with my booking and was starting to stress about it, but EF Ultimate Break handled it really well. I sent them a message and heard back quickly. The person helping me was friendly, clear, and actually took the time to explain what was going on. Best part was that it got sorted without a bunch of unnecessary back and forth. Super appreciated and definitely made me feel like I was in good hands
"The main trip itself was fine, but…"
The main trip itself was fine, but the optional excursions were disappointing and felt like a bit of a money grab. A couple of them were rushed as hell, and the guides didn’t really add much besides speed-walking us around and pointing at stuff. For what we paid, I expected way more. Some of the activities sounded awesome online, but in person they were just meh. Next time I’d probably skip most of the extras and save my cash.

"Great local tips, but I wish the instructions were clearer"
Overall, it was a good trip. The guides really knew the local spots and shared some great tips we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. I just wish the instructions beforehand had been a bit clearer, especially around where to meet and what to expect
"Helpful overall, but the slow reply gave me pause"
So far, my experience with EF Ultimate Break has been good, though I haven’t actually gone on the trip yet. The emails and reminders have been helpful and easy to follow, which I appreciate. The only thing that knocked some trust for me was having to wait longer than expected for a reply when I had questions. They did answer clearly once they got back to me, but that delay made me a little less confident than I was at first. Overall, I’m still feeling good about the trip, just hoping communication stays consistent from here.

"Worth it overall, even with the extra costs"
At first I was really excited because it felt totally worth it, and I still think it was. But then I started noticing a few extra costs here and there, and that was a little frustrating. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just something that made me pause for a second. Overall I’m happy with it, but I do wish the extras had been a bit clearer upfront.

"Felt Way Too Rushed"
The trip felt "packed" from morning to night. We barely had time to eat properly or actually enjoy the places we visited before it was time to move on again. By the end, I came home feeling more tired than excited.

"Quick replies, with one small hiccup"
They got back to me really fast and were helpful, which I appreciated. I did have to clarify my issue once because the first response was a little too brief, but after that they sorted things out quickly and were easy to deal with...

"Felt More Like Filler Than a Real Trip"
Most of what was included felt cheap and thrown together. I’m not expecting everything to be luxury, but I do have a certain standard when I’m paying for a planned trip, and this just didn’t meet it. We barely did anything that felt memorable unless we paid extra, so the whole thing ended up feeling more like filler than an actual travel experience

"Lots of trip options to choose from"
Looking back, I remember being surprised by how many trips EF Ultimate Break had listed. It wasn’t just one type of travel either, there were shorter city trips, longer multi-country options, beachy ones, and more active itineraries too. From what I remember, choosing a trip actually felt kind of fun instead of overwhelming. I could compare different destinations, trip lengths, and prices without feeling like I had to dig through a million pages. Overall, the variety is what stood out to me the most. It felt like there was probably something for different budgets and travel styles, which made the whole planning process easier

"Super easy and stress free"
The guides checked in on us often, which was really nice. I never felt worried about my stuff or confused about where we were supposed to go next. Everything just felt easy and chill the whole time

"Stressful Planning Experience"
Planning this trip was kind of a mess. I was excited at first, then suddenly details kept changing last minute and I found myself getting frustrated because I had to keep asking for really basic info. There were moments where I tried to just go with it, but then something else would come up and it felt unorganized all over again. By the time the trip happened, I was more stressed than excited, which was really disappointing.

"Fun trip, but something felt off"
The trip itself was decent, and I did have a good time with the group, but our tour director seemed kind of checked out. We kept getting info at the last minute, questions were answered really briefly, and a few of the meetups were confusing enough that I started wondering if anyone was actually on top of things. I’m not saying it ruined the trip, but for what we paid, I expected a lot more support and organization.
